Allison began her career in the year 2000 at a little school in Westboro called Sutton. Passionate about the environment, she opened Salon My Place in 2012 to create a space built on ecologically sustainable products, a warm place to work and to offer exceptional service in hair care. With a commitment to creating a calm & relaxing experience, Allison specializes in balayage, coppers, blondes, babylights, colour, grey blending, pixies, curly cuts, and flowy natural hair.

In 2022, Allison opened up a sister location, The Healing Hut in Wakefield (QC). She is a skilled Energy Healer and loves to offer Healing Sessions with hair appointments. While she does bring healing to everything in life, she only offers healing sessions in Wakefield. Mama of 4 beautiful children, she is married to a great guy named Derek creating their home in Wakefield (QC). In her spare time, she loves to design spaces, ski, listen to good music, spend time by the fire, dive into a good book, work on her ever expanding garden, and share good food with great friends and family.
